Account & Broken Phone

I am trying to get hold you from 2/02/2015. The phone has been cut off again. The other problem is that the phone's Touch screen is faulty. I took it in to Cell Doc Centre on 06/01/2015. They inform me that it will take two weeks. After two weeks I phone them again. They kept on telling me it is not back yet. After 4 weeks they said I can come and fetch it. When I arrived there I was informed that it is still not fixed and that there is something wrong with the motherbord. I can leave it with them to fix. It will take another two weeks. I did not leave it there because I can't wait another two weeks. I need the phone to be replaced.
