I am so unhappy with Altech Autopage. For the past three months I have been having a billing query. I have a million emails and names and surnames of people I have been trying to resolve this with. I even went to the branch at the mall at carnival to no avail. I cancelled their debit order and advised them that once they help me resolve the situation I will pay the balance due. I just got an sms from my bank they changed the debit amount and the reference number. I have begged for assistance if I ask to please speak to a manager they simply drop the call.<br> <br> I have sent a million emails to their service desk and they simply send a mail back stating query closed. I really don't know what to do or how to proceed anymore.<br> <br> I have been a client for so many years but this is really unacceptable and I will definitely cancel the contract as soon as I can and not advise anyone to make use of their services.
