Accepted upgrade - no stock of iPhone 6

I upgraded my contract with Autopage on the 09 September 2015. I was told I would be getting an amazing deal that would save me so much money. I asked for the iPhone 6 16GB and was told it would take 2 - 10 working days to be delivered. It's now the 29 September 2015 and I have received nothing.<br> <br> No communication from Autopage, I have had to keep calling their call centre and after being put through to this department then that department they finally admitted to me today that there is no stock and there is no scheduled arrival day of new stock and that I should call NEXT WEEK!!!<br> <br> How is it possible that Autopage could agree to upgrade my contact and not tell me that there is no stock???
