absolutely uselss and pathetic theives!

My fiance and I have problem's since day 1.... we took a contract of R199 a month more then two years ago, from over billing ,to not sending any notifications ,to customer service getting rude and ********! we have just experienced all the bad with this useless company!!!!! our 2 year contract was up last year Nov and we cancelled yet they are still billing us and now call with a hand over even though we cancelled! They are so useless they yell at you and tell you that it wasn't cancelled so now they are calling me and my fiance a ****!<br> We didn't use the contract Sim from A FEW MONTHS INTO THE CONTRACT DUE TO THE OVER BILLAGE AND THERE NEVER BEING ANSWERS yet they over charged us monthly with bills over R350 and often even more for extra usage when Sim wasn't even used, and no airtime till today has been loaded though we paid every month! their staff are beyond useless,they just ***** your money and treat you like ****!!! NEVER EVER BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY!
