Absolutely unacceptable service

Good Day,<br> <br> You cannot even say Unacceptable service, because there is none!!!<br> <br> Where in your life did you ever hear that you as a client has to phone the company that you have a debit order with, to make sure that the debit order goes down correctly, otherwise they just cut off your phone.<br> <br> i was with Nashua Mobile and we had great service. now with Altech Autopage there is no service.<br> <br> i don't understand how you load a debit order incorrectly, and then when i phone you just never fix it. and then at the end of the month you cancel my service on my phone.<br> <br> also, what you do not understand, is that my Mother lives in Zambie, that is why i have to phone you and she cant. i don't understand why that i so difficult to understand.<br> <br> let me tell you this. once my contract is over with you, i will cancel it. you don't give a hell a bout your clients.<br> <br>
