Absolutely Pathetic.

So my upgraded handset was finally delivered after three weeks of back and forth to Autopage and they delivered a handset that I did not select, I phoned to find out why and no one can provide an answer. When I ask if this is going to cost me more on a monthly basis than the handset I selected I am told of course. So I am now to pay higher charges to a service provider for something I did not ask for and did not agree to, that is *******. After making the operator aware that I was not going to accept this I was asked for my details and was informed that they would call me back that day with a solution, well that never happened, so I sent them an email, mail was received and a \task was opened"two hours later I receive a message stating that the \""task has been closed\"". When I phone to find out why the task has been closed yet again on one can help"
