Absolutely NO service received
My phone bill for April is over R1600. My phone bill is NEVER more than R450 per month. I have a blackberry phone and thus BIS, and should not be charged unless I download videos etc. Im registered on \myaccountpro"which asks a monthly fee in order for me to log complaint/requests etc. I logged a call on 8 May 2015 to complain about my EXTREMELY high data charges (over R1200) which is IMPOSSIBLE as I downloaded NO videos etc. I followed up as to why my complaint wasn't being looked at"
