ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am horribly disgusted with the service at Altech Autopage. From day one when I called to speak about a cell phone contract i was messed around being told Priyanka would call me back which NEVER happened and i had to call numerous of times to try get a contract from Altech Autopage! I practically have to beg to pay them for a contract! once i finally received my phone I was told that i must wait a few days before inserting my contract sim card which i did only to find that it says its not registered on a network! Then i gave a few more days for Altech Autopage to sort their nonsense out which SUPRISE... they didnt, so i called and once again got told that Priyanka will give me a call shortly... i waited.... no call .. so i called back! to be told AGAIN that she will call me back... which.... NO CALL was returned! I am a paying customer that receives this nonsense service! and i am still without a working sim card for my phone! horrified with the lack of respect shown by the Staff at Altech Autopage to actually do their job which i am paying monthly for!
