Absolute Incompetance

This is now the third complaint I am writing, however this is to create awareness with absolutely no hope of service delivery as it has never been delivered on. This is not a company that responds on hellopeter as I have personally experienced. They are quite happy to tag the complaint and say someone will contact you but they haven't. I have even phoned their customer care line and again am told they will call me back and it doesn't happen.<br> The nature of my experience has been one of frustration and disappointment, and eventually after waiting for them to deliver on any of their promises via mail and telephonically when I have followed up, nothing has been delivered. I eventually went to their Bryanston Branch, had confirmation that all data has been cancelled, my package migrated with the date it would be activated on and lo and behold i find i am still being billed for data which according to my package CANNOT HAPPEN and yet I have the screen shots to prove it has. As the consumer after doing everything in my power to correct their errors, I am being penalised. In a situation like this, where does one turn to....?<br> Who will guard the guards...?
