A month and NO feedback
I complained a few days ago about my issue ... and still have had no feedback. I recalled the call centre and got the same story, that my call will be escalated. In the mean time you still trying to debit R9099.22 off my account, and when that bounced back you took R468.79..... Until this is sorted you will be getting sweet ****** all from me. Do you not know how to pick up a phone and contact a customer??????
