7 MONTHS WITHOUT A PHONE THAT I PAY EVERY MONTH!

Its been 7 months since I have used my phone that went for repairs last year July 18, 2014. I have a contract with Autopage since 2013 March, ending 12 March 2015. My phone was booked in for repairs but was never repaired and everytime when I get it , was still not switching on. During this 7 months no one has contacted me from Autopage. I have spent more that R2000 trying to trace my phone, either I will stay more that 2 hours on the phone , and eventually when someone decide to pick up, they will lie and say they will look into the problem but 7 months later I don't have a phone. when you asked to speak to the managers, they refuse, either the excuse will be that they cant talk they are busy or rather they are not available. I have so many Job/reference number because everytime I will get a new one, since no one bothered to trace my problem or rather when will I get my phone. They are too quick to deduct money, and one month that I decided not to pay , was called by a rude consultant who said they will take back the phone, that I didn't even have. I have fought and everything but it didn't help. I think they will just disappear since my contract is ending and they don't care
