6 WEEKS to repair a phone!!!!

In September I purchased a Samsung A3 fro my daughter. Early November her phone stopped working. I had the phone taken in and was told 4 to 6 weeks to repair. Being very busy I did not really take notice and only when she asked this weekend when she will have her phone back I realised that Autopage actually expects their clients to wait six weeks for repairs. When I followed up with the call centre they were perfectly happy with this waiting period. I pointed out to them that in most cases you can walk into a repair centre and have the phone repaired the same day? This is pathetic. 6 weeks to repair a phone.. ridiculous...
