6 weeks later and still no phone

I took my Iphone 5S in for repairs six weeks ago. After being in contact with Autopage Mall@Reds regarding my phone repair I finally got a notification that my phone is ready for collection. Got to the branch to collect my mobile, and it couldn't switch on to be tested, so i then went home to charge it. After finally being able to switch it on i realised that the phone was never repaired. The screen still had the exact same issue. I drove back to Autopage Mall@Reds where i was told \sorry we don't know why it was not fixed". I then tried to book my phone in again and was told that i needed to come back the next day as the system does not allow the phone to be booked in on the same day as it was collected. I mean how ridiculous is that?? Talk about inconvenience and that all to incompetence of autopage staff.<br> <br> This is terrible service from autopage and now I'm still without a phone after they had it for 6 weeks"
