6 WEEKS AND NO REPAIR DONE YET

I booked in my LG G3 for repairs at the Woodlands Boulevard branch on the 6th of August. I only had it for 4 months. Three weeks later, no response/feedback about the repairs. Tried phoning numerous times, with no help from the employees. They told me that the phone was only booked on the 27th?! I have the sms from the 6th, so they are lying. Found out today that my phone was at the repair centre the whole time, but has not been touched yet because Stanley told them that the phone has an antenna and they cannot find the antenna and now its just lying there. What am I supposed to do? I don't have a phone even though I am paying for it, they will not allow me to cancel my contract, they do not want to help me. I even spoke to the branch manager, area manager and head office. Nobody wants to help! Its been six weeks and the phone is only now in line for repairs!
