5th hello peter complaint and nothing done

i have ****en had it with this piece of **** useless company i log complaint after complaint phone in send emails went to their branch put hello peter complaint and all i get is they will give me feedback but no one not marco adonis or khanyisile sibeko. all they say that the recon statement is correct. so why does it show the same amount every month if we paying 800 and the bill is 700 some odd wouldnt it decrease. and why was the bill zero and then the next month 1500 when we paid all the money. we sent proof of payment nothing done. i told them that i want the gig cancelled they confirmed its cancelled and i get charged the next month for it. all they reply is final notice with no ****en work done i give them the refernce number from their people stating they at fault and it was rectified i even have the email confirming it yet nothing is done. i wish i could attach all the documents as proof and hope the ceo reads this so he knows how pathetic his staff is. whatever you do dont ever take a contract with them. i am dealing with this from last year october every month and they see theres an error unblock the phone and next month block it again so i owed why would they do that
