5 months of struggling and no one cares

So, I paid Autopage for two settlement amounts. They took the money and never settled the account and now refuse to credit or pay me back. They responded that they have received the money, but thats where it ended. Numerous calls and emails later, no repsonse. So I refuse to pay further if my account is not sorted out. If you want your money youre going to have to pay me back first, more than R5000 is not money you just pay for fun....
