5 MONTHS AND 3 WEEKS LATER

It's been five months since i've initially cancelled my cell phone contract - after the 24 months had passed, and still i'm being debited each month for the same contract, over and above that it has been 3 weeks since i've first logged my complaint on Hello Peter and up to today still no feedback. Today they have again debited my account, after i have made numerous calls to their call centre for some assistance. I simply dont have the words anymore......
