45 Mins on hold waiting to upgrade to my contract
I have been waiting since mid Nov. 2014 for a new Iphone 6 from Autopage Cellular. When trying to contact their call centre to find out what's happening, I have to hang on for 45mins until I put the phone done in frustration. all the while I have to listen to the irritating recorded voice telling me that my call is important to them. Really??<br> I find their attitude towards their loyal customers appalling.
