4 Weeks to port a number

My 79 year old mother has been waiting for 4 weeks for her number to be ported to Vodacom. I have made over 50 phone calls to Vodacom and Altech and so far they keep saying there is no problem, but it just keeps being declined! My mother lives alone and really needs her phone! Twice today my call was cut off after I had been holding for quite some time! Really tired of this!
