4 WEEKS FOR SIM SWOP

on Friday the 6th March 2015 i went into the Autopage store in Canalwalk and was served by a lady by the name of Chastity. I requested a new sim card to fit the i Phone i had just purchased. i was sold a new sim card for R109.00 and was assured the swop will take affect between 2 to 24 hrs.But after ten days i still had no service on the sim card.

on my return to KZN i reported the matter to my local dealer and have been made promises for the past two weeks that they are busy with the swop. Butalas still no joy.

today on the 2nd of April 2015 my swop was done but on the wrong number, meaning that my after hours towing sevice could not operate.

after spending an hour on the phone with Alias at the Autopage call centre i still have no network

I just think that the service quality is in need of a revamp.

i would appreciate if you could post this on your site.

many thanks
regards

Lional Laatz
