Unfortunately my account had to be switched over from Nashua Mobile to Altech Autopage, this by no means carried my approval but it was done without any consultation. For years I have paid my account at a branch or via EFT at the end of each month. Now comes Autopage and around the middle of the month my phone gets switched off due to non payment although when I query my account is paid, you then want me to sign a debit order otherwise this harassment will continue and the only way according to your operates to stop this harassment is to sign a debit order, IOW the choice is sign a debit order or live with our harrasment by switching a phone off on a paid account. My statement states due date 30 April, i just called again and got the same treatment. Altech you are a bunch of bullies as you know we do not have the money to take you on and that i cannot cancell my contract which was taken over by you without my consent.
