Cell phone was suspended and we made payment the morning of the 28/01. Spoke to a call center agent who said the payment shows & the line will be reconnected 2-24hrs later. 24 hours later & line not connected. Then called 3 more times in a period of 4.5 hours each time to be told they have just connected the line! How the next agent connects the line every time that the previous agent has said has been connected is a mystery & we still don't have a connection!!!
