3 moths no response / Still billing my account

Altech Autopage has still not responded 3 months later, but continuing to debit my account regardless me cancelling the contract in October 2014. Have been handed to NuDebt but you are still deducting my bank. I need to know why are you deducting from my account? You have not provided me with explanation for outstanding balance - what am I paying for? Your threats for blacklisting are unfounded. You dare blacklist me or deduct money from my account again I will sue you.
