3 Month billing in 1 month!!!!!

This morning i noticed that 3 x my monthly cellphone payments came off my account...i called Altec and i was told that when Nashua handed over they didn't receive the dates of payments for everyone and that some customers did not have debit orders...<br> i had a debit order! and i think its ridiculous to just take off so much money in one month! we as people have monthly budgets!! <br> She told me that i was notified...on one of my numbers as i have 2 ...which was of course the one that i was not using( how do you choose 1 number to send to? how do you decide which 1 is to be used)....i did not receive any sms's to notify me that the money did not come off in december and jan, and as it is a debit order, i assume that my things are being paid for and do not check to see if they did come off. <br> why couldnt this information be emailed as well, why was i not called?<br> And i really dont think that it is my problem that the money was not deducted off out of my account in dec and jan...but now it ends up being mine as i am short this month because of this
