3 days past, no sim activation

I run my sole business from my cell phone , after my phone was ****** , i blocked and requested a new simm card. 3 days later , 7 calls to call centre ,nobody can explain why its taking so long. \just wait another 24 hours"is what i get told. Impossible to speak to management "
