3 Days No Debit ( Phone Cut off still )

Good Day <br> <br> Last month i didn't pay my phone, this month i would like to pay for the contract that i use.. Its now the 3rd and yet i have still not been debit, and yet my bladdy phone is still off after numerous phone calls i made yesterday. And then you wonder why it bounces off my account.. All debit orders are meant to come off on the first of each month, as per my contract ( Which i have had with you guys for years ) when the 2nd come of each month, cool i can spend the rest of the cash in my account.. not realizing that someone is still sleeping in the accounts department of Autopage. <br> <br> Please explain how you can blame me for not having cash in my bank when you debit me on the wrong dates, so now i must suffer for your incompetence to do your job. <br> <br> I am a sales Technician ( Which means that i need a bladdy phone that works ) to call my clients. <br> <br> I would like this problem sorted out with an immediate effect, ( How we are going to resolve this ) <br> [Email Removed]<br>
