2 Months on still complaining about the same thing

The amount reversed from my May 2015 invoice after I called to explain that the charges don't make sense is only R771.99. The amounts to be reversed according to my complaint in that months invoice are:Data usage R677.18 Subscription charges R179.82 Device payment: 136.84 upgrade fee that was never discussed with me R131.58 which is a total of R1125.42.<br> <br> The amounts to be reversed from June 2015 invoice, Data usage R4.06 and the Device payment for the Sam i9300 galaxy R136.84 as agreed to by Brian Maleka in his April email, when resolving my initial complaint.For Altech to reverse out the full R1125.42 from the May invoice and the R140.90 from the June invoice. For Altech to stop charging me Usage fees as that is not the contract that I signed up for. I would appreciate more than just your standard cut & paste response.
