181out of pocket for nothing

I have had a contract with them for about 4to 6 months and for the past 3 months the phone has been barred I can not make calls. So the phone is actually useless. I went MTN they referrede to the Altech call center to no avail. I went to their branch in Menlyn still no help, I have to pay every month for a phone I can't use but they have the odesity to call me on my other number offering data.like really? I have been from pillar to post to get this sorted but no help. Every month I have to pay 181 for a phone that doesnt make calls and I know if I don't pay I will be blacklisted,cruel cruel
