15 years and They just dont care!!!!!!

Autopage made a mistake by doing a sim swap instead of a duel call and gave my number to someone else, who ran the account into the thousands. Marco, the investigating officer has concluded the case without evidence and handed it over to accounts for payment. Marvin from accounts cant get hold of Marco and says he does not respond. Now this account has been handed to a debt collector who is trying to debt my account for an amount for R 11 000.00. I have asked these guys for a copy of the document that i signed or a recorded conversation of me agreeing to this sim swop but they cant provide me with(cos there isn't one). Marco and Marvin both have caller I.D on their work phones and they wont take my calls anymore. Is there anyone at Autopage who would like to assist this 15 years loyal customer or do i need to find a new home!!!<br>
