12 month contract loaded as 24 month

I app**** for a data contract at Autopage Pretoria in 2014. I was told that it is a12 month contract. This year I approached the same shop for an upgrade, and was told that I had to call Head Office since the contract was loaded as a 24 month contract. The shop confirmed that it was a 12 month contract.<br> <br> I have emailed and called head office and am getting nowhere. I need to get the correct person to sort <br> this out. If I was told initially that it was a 24 month contract I never would have taken it.<br> <br> I just want the contract terminated and the line moved to prepaid please. Is that too much to ask?<br> <br> PLEASE HELP!!
