12 days and still waiting for R5000.00 refund

It has now been 12 days since the money was debited from my account and I have not received it yet after 5 emails sent to the accounts department with no response I called in a lady assisted me and said that the system is down. I find it hard to believe that the system has been down for 12 days. R5000.00 may not mean much to a massive company like Autopage, but for me it is and they couldn't have even been bothered to call me to. <br>
