I just want to comment on the awesome service we received from Zach Teubes.We had a burglary at our place in nelspruit and since I had reported the matter to the insurance company they had advised me that an assesor would be in contact with me., I was then called by Zach to inform that he would have to come to nelspruit and an appointment was made for 9 am the Monday. Taking into consideration that he had to drive all the way to Gauteng and still arrive on time was impressive. After the assessment which took quite sometime, with patience he went through all the questions professionally and efficiently. Our situation was some what of a complicated one and Zach really under promised and over delivered.. He never created an expectation that everything will go smoothly he always kept me informed on the stages of our claim. He went the extra mile when I was struggling to get case documents he got them for me in order to his complete his tasks and within a matter of days our claim was resolved..
