Yearly policy contribution

Faizel Omar was friendly, patient and cheerful when I complained that my contribution had gone up too much. He went over my details and found that I had more security at my work place parking than was noted on my policy. He adjusted my contribution to an amount that really made me smile. Throughout he was cheerful and unphased. Great attitude, it should be contageous! Much appreciated and keep it up - I stay with the AA because of people like Faizel!
