Wrong debit order date

I received an SMS from my bank advising that my debit order was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds on my account. I called my personal bank and I was advised that AA attempted debit order on the 14th February 2017. I called AA offices and I was advised by a consultant (name of the consultant witheld, if needed can provide) on Sales department that there was a technical error on AA side. He sent me AA banking details and I made a transfer. So my issue now is that, I have been charged R100.00 for this unsuccessful debit order, so I need my R100.00 back because I made it clear that I get paid on the 15th of the month. It was not my fault that you debited on the wrong date so please I need my money back. R100.00 is a lot of money to just go just because of your errors.
