Worst serviice from AA Road side Assistance

<p>I had mistakenly locked in the car keys on the 27th of December 2016 at Mdantsane mall at 16h10 and logged a call for assiatance. After several calls made regarding this request, I was advised to use any service provider and pay cash and part of this will be re-imbursed. i was told that a claim form would be sent to me to process myy refund. despite several follow up calls and emails i'm yet to be paid back the money due to me</p>
