Worst service and Lies

I logged a call on 06/12/2015 with my insurance and the matter was sent to AA. The service provider did not pitch I called AA and was told the insurance gave them wrong details. Kalvin from the AA **** and blamed the insurance. I investigated and the insurance confirms that the correct info was given to the AA. The AA refused to take responsibility for their incompetency and now I am out of Pocket for R160.00 and they wasted more than 3 Hours of my Time . I spoke to Tumi from the AA and its now 4 days passed no one has called me.
