Worst service
Hi guys to those of ull that had AA car insurance unfortunately Auto and General has taken over, why I say Unfortunately is because I just experience a problem with my car lucky it was at home so I phoned auto and General on *** and spoke to Nadine who informed me that they don't send out mechanics if your car is at home. What a joke you can only call them if you are stuck on the road. You can expect a phone call from me as well as most of my friends and family for cancellation, I am also looking forward to writing an article in the local tabloid, people must know that they are getting **********. P.S when I was with AA insurance I had no problems at all. AA insurance was one of the best.

The AA enjoyed a six year relationship with Auto & General Insurance as the underwriter of Insurance driven by the AA policies. This relationship came to an end at the end of June 2015, and all AA policyholders were sent a communication advising them that their policy will be transitioned to the Auto & General Insurance brand from 1 July 2015.
The revised Insurance Driven by the AA product offering was launched in June 2016.
