Worst night mare

1 star rating because when needed most, clients for over 5 years that pay(me) came 2nd to the towing services they pay.

Had an accident 500km away from home with my bike, bike was stored for the night and was supposed to be delivered to a near by location in the morning. Morning was then 12pm, 12pm was then 4:30pm... none of those times after probably 10 calls were met.

I'm now stranded 500km away from home without transportation for myself and bike on xmas day. Paid my mechanic overtime to come all the way but the bile never arrived.

Will I cancel? No.. I need them... after so many recommendations over the years, I'm scared for my family and friends now.

So disappointed with the service today.. no call backs. No communication as promised.
