Worst company in the world!!!

I will never again support this **** of a company. What you offer and promised is nowhere to be found when it comes time to deliver.

Due to a combination of my oil cooler leaking, not picked up because I never seen an oil patch, and thermostat not opening I have blown my vehicles motor. When I put in the claim and actually needed help this never happened.

Your policy offer free towing in the sales pitch sitting in front of the agent selling you a vehicle , but when it's needed it only covers 30km. Fair enough, but then how do you call it free when I have to pay a fee to the towing company out of my pocket. That's not free and is never mentioned.

Then with regards to the motor that needs to be replaced, how is a thermostat not working wear and tear?

This is just another gutless company dodging their clients needs.
