White AA drivers *****ing peoples tools and personal belongings out of towed vihecles

My Bakkie was towed by a white truck driver by the name Maartin and for the first time i found that the driver had a co driver with him, after loading my bakkie on the loadbed they promised my stuff to be safe and secure, after 3 weeks of travelling, returning home, found my bakkie parked as instructed to the AA driver, but found my tools were missing

I phoned AA and lodged a complaint but was told to phone the driver myself, Please advise if i can open a official case of theft against The AA company and make them pay for loss of my tools and also damages
