WHERE IS MY TOW HOOK?

After spending hours alone awaiting assistance last week Thursday, Takalani finally came to my rescue. Forget the fact that I could have been ***** or attacked. He requested for my tow hook, I obliged. I then asked nicely that he make sure that it be put back where he got it from. Guess what, he never or did, or someone just didn't bother? What's this? I WANT MY TOW HOOK BACK AND I WILL NOT REST UNTIL IT IS RETURNED TO ME!!! I spoke to 2 of your *********** agents, that being Mpho and Goodwill. They both promised to get back to me. It is now Wednesday and no one has bothered to give me feedback. Such lovely customer service. I am thrilled hey...Aaaaaaargh!!!! I will not waste my time phoning you for this, someone there WILL take time out to phone and make sure that this is resolved. I'm so sick of organisations taking advantage of consumers.
