What a shocker.

Last year I cancelled my AA subscriptions and they still took another R175 in November 2024. Were very hesitant to cancel my subscription. Emailed again to confirm cancellation and refund. Got an email that the person is currently on leave and would be sorted out on her return. Not deduction was made for December 2024 so I assumed that it had been rectified. Just got a deduction for R186 for February 2025. Please rectify immediately and refund R360. My id is ***. If not done I will be laying a charge of theft against the CEO of AA.

Thanks. The issue appears to be resolved, just waiting for the money. It amazes me that when you owe a company money you must pay immediately but when they owe you they can take as long as they want. DOJ needs to take a serious stand on this.
