Website do not respond for new membership.

I tried to become a member on the AA website. Unfortunately the website is not working properly. When I try to put in the title it does not give me a choice. When I put in the address it cannot find it. I called and asked to be called back twice. Last time at 14:27. Spoke to Melisa. After 12 minutes no one called back. Please can somebody at higher level call me back!
