Waited Hours for my CAR to be Towed.

Ref: 199 <br> <br> Yesterday I logged a call just after 9:30am to AA as my car did not start. To cut a long story short - it took AA from 9:30am to 7pm at night to collect my car and tow it to BMW. <br> <br> What if I was next to the Highway? waiting Hours? What service is this? <br> <br> My car could have been sorted out by today if it was towed and delivered to the dealership before 12pm yesterday.
