Waited 3 hours in a crime hotspot for tow truck
Our clutch stopped working on the way home from the airport. We knew the car needed to be towed and were told it would take up to 90 minutes for a tow truck to arrive. But instead they sent Timothy Fridie who was really professional but who confirmed the need to be towed. The tow truck arrived just after 13:00. We had been waiting since 10:30! Luckily he police saw us and babysat us while we waited in that high crime area
