Very Poor Service Delivery

I am a member of Automobile Association of South Africa known as AA. the organization that claims to providing services to its members such as roadside assistance, technical and motor-related legal advice. I logged a call for towing ***-0066. I was advised that Vusi Molefe from ETS Towing CC has been dispatched to assist, I followed up multiple times to check eta and also asked some family members and friends to assist to call AA for the ETA using the reference number mentioned above as I was running out of battery and poor network connectivity. I was left on the side of the road in the for 15 hours without assistance unsafe area no food and water nearby. eventually I paid called a private towing company FRANCIS BARTON TRADING the sum of R3000 to be towed. I have submitted a refund claim to Automobile Association of South Africa (AA) on the following bases - Active and paying member they are happy to take my membership fee nicely every month - Failing to provide the paid services of towing. Yet again The poor service continues because they are refusing to refund my Money. furthermore the accountability factory, and ************ of the company legal representative Melyssa Ferreira.
