Very disappointing service.
On the 23.08.2018, I had a problem with my car and called AA towing to assist tow it, their technician damaged my front bumper as he was towing the car on the carrier, I called to submit a claim as advised by the manager from AA towing, the claims consultant advised me I do not have car hire, I asked who removed it and why, since when I took out my policy through Indwe brokers I asked for the car hire to be included, no one has contacted me about that till today.
