Vehicle damaged while at Auto Body Repairer and not repaired satisfactorily. Insurance Company not resolving the matters.
Car Insured through AA, after accident, the vehicle was booked in at one of their selected auto body repairers. Vehicle came back and body paint was damaged in other areas as well not repaired satisfactorily. Worst service received from both parties, repair company and insurance company. I want my vehicle repaired back to the condition it was in before the accident. If no feedback in 2 working days, the complaint will be sent to the Ombudsman and taken further. Not negotiable and totally unacceptable.
