Unwilling to Assist

<p>The AA who advised me that road side assistance will only be there within 45min from contact I advised him that they cannot take so long as I have my family with me in the vehicle, he then advised me that he will contact the towing company to rush them on. When he returned the call he advised me the AA road assistance does not cover my family and that it only covers the driver, and that the towing company cannot accommodate my family. At this point I got angry and advised him that he can leave everything as I will try and make my own arrangement to get home with my family as I cannot believe what I am hearing that my family is not covered. I asked the question: “What would have happened if we were on our way to Johannesburg and the vehicle broke down, would we have gotten the same response the they can only assist the driver and not the occupants of the vehicle?” he could not answer me.</p>
