Unsatisfactory- 75mins promised 3 hours actual

My father used AA, and so have I for more that 10 years. I am so disappointed and wish to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the AA. <br> Called for emergency breakdown assistance on Sunday at approx 17h15. Was informed that someone would be at the car within 75mins. Followed up at approx 18h27, 19h00 etc and even asked for supervisor to call me... no response. The technician arrived after 20h00. Supervisor called me at approx 20h55. I eventually called for another service provider to tow my car. Unacceptable!!!
